Instrumentation Field Instrument, Flow Meter, Control/PLC Panel, Control/RTU Sensor and transmitter considered one asset; panels to be Panel considered one asset including all internal components; local manual panels are not assets Piping/Valves Air Release Valve, Butterfly Valve, Check Valve, Gate Valve, Piping Valves 8” and up are assets; All actuated Exposed, Piping Buried, Slide Gate valves are assets; One piping asset per process Process Equipment Degasifier, Blower, Dual Media Pressure Filter, Cartridge Filter, Skid asset includes structure, piping, valves; EDR stacks Mixer, EDR Skids, EDR Stacks per skid. Future Phase IV project will incorporate improvements to the pre- and post-EDR treatment processes to provide a total treatment capacity of MGD, which is the build out anticipated for this facility. A water supply permit modification is required to pump water from the existing wells and produce more than MGD. Water needs beyond MGD will be provided by the Peace River Manasota Regional Water Authority.
