Alternative Determination of the QCRV from Challenge Test Results

This paper describes an evaluation of data using simple descriptive statistics and knowledge of the limitations of test methods to reach a logical decision and is applied to a specific aspect of membrane technology under the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule . A case study is used to illustrate the approach in the determination of the quality control release value (QCRV) from challenge test results.
